Toltec Builders: Project PACKARD'S ON THE PLAZA Next Project Previous Project
A cornerstone building of the historic Santa Fe plaza, this extremely complicated project consisted of attaching existing 150-year-old masonry facades to a brand new 2 1/2 story steel structure inserted behind storefronts, under direction and according to photo-documentation provided by the Museum of New Mexico, modernizing the interior while restoring the exterior to exact photographs from 1910, even to such fine detail as the stamping patterns on window mounting.

This four phase project lasted two years while the client maintained retail operations during the entire building project.
